Anne Russell appeals from an order which denied Russell's motion to dismiss or transfer for improper venue and the final judgment which enjoined her from proceeding with her action for arbitration. We affirm without discussion the trial court's denial of Russell's motion to dismiss or transfer for improper venue. See § 47.011, Fla. Stat. (1997). We reverse the final judgment and remand for further proceedings in this matter.
