Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been received by her when she fell as a result of stepping into a hole in the sidewalk abutting the real property owned, at the time of the accident, by J. W. Lenahan. She named as defendants the city and county of San Francisco, E. J., Mary J. and Thomas J. Burns, the former owners of the property, and J. W. Lenahan. The latters demurrer was sustained without leave to amend. From the judgment entered in favor of Lenahan, the plaintiff appeals.
